Up to 20% discount on all dental treatments*

If the patient needs a prophy cleaning it will cover the 2 cleanings at 100% for the year and also take 20% off the treatment plan

Family Membership Fees

Dual: $599 per year.

• New patient exam: Covered in full for new members joining the practice.

• Bitewing x-rays: Covered in full as part of your diagnostic care.
• Additional x-rays as needed: Covered in full when necessary for diagnosis.
• Fluoride treatments twice per year: Covered in full to support enamel strength.
• Oral cancer screenings: Covered in full as part of your preventive visits.
